  • Are there any hidden or additional costs in hiring your virtual assistants or is there any contract for a minimum period ?

    No, absolutely not! Your monthly subscription fees cover the use of equipment, office space and employee’s salary. Charges for scanning, emailing as well as calling to any part of the world, is included in your monthly subscription plan. Also, there are no commitments or contracts to bind you to us, if you wish to leave. Plans are on a monthly basis, and once you choose to stop using our services, you may unsubscribe anytime.

  • What is the free trial you are offering?

    Well, you can say this trial as a testing phase of a VA who are going to work in a task and also from the client end this is the phase where a client can send some task to test the capability understanding and the delivery output of a va. Here 3 hours is being given to the client and it is valid for two days. Within this period client can check whether the company is fit for his tasks or not. No charges here so good to go.

  • Will I always work with the same Virtual Assistant?

    You are assigned to one, main dedicated Virtual Assistant. All of our Virtual Assistants are experts in their respective areas. This means that it may require one or more Virtual Assistant’s skill sets to work on your project. It is unrealistic to believe that one person can be good at everything that you may need a virtual assistant to do. That is why, we understand the value of having built a strong team of different individuals who all work together to get the job done. Still, personal connection is important to us which are why you have your main, dedicated Virtual Assistant.

  • What happened when my VA falls sick and unable to work?

    We make it a point to train multiple executives so that our clients’ work processes do not get hampered even if his/her dedicated VA falls sick and is unable to work. We always have a trained backup available for you, at no cost to you, so that you don’t experience any type of service interruption.

  • What about the Live chat option?

  • How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?

    We customise everything for our clients – so it’s entirely up to you, how you want to communicate. You can communicate with your virtual assistant team e-mail, text message or can request us a call back from the option in the website – it’s all up to you. Within 4hours the email reply will be sent to you. And the phone calls will be received then and there.

  • How safe is my personal data, accounts details with TaskEnhancer?

    You can be rest assured that your data is secure with us and under no circumstance will we share your information with anyone. We have a highly secure data centre with a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) of 256- bit encryption, thus keeping all your information confidential. Also, all our virtual assistants need to sign a Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), once they join us. Once, you share your confidential information only the authorised person with proper rights will have access to those information. Also, we use secure sharing systems like LastPass, One Password, etc, to ensure confidentiality.

  • I signed up for a 20-hour package, do my hours expire?

    Yes, your hours expire and do not roll over to the next billing period. They must be used during the 30-days that your contract includes
